Kindergarten, welcome to school! We’ll start off by learning the ABC’s of real estate investing. Today we’ll talk about why real estate is one of the most powerful wealth-building tools, even in today’s economy, go over essential vocabulary terms, review active versus passive real estate investing activities and their advantages, and identify your financial goals.
By the end of Day 1, you’ll be thinking like an investor and ready to take your first step

Day 2 (R) Recognizing Investment Opportunities.

Elementary Education: Ever wonder how some people always seem to find amazing real estate deals? I’ll show you exactly how it’s done. We will start with the essential mindset and asset lesson necessary to be successful. We will discuss where to look for undervalued properties and analyze if a deal is a winner or a money trap. We’ll discuss contracts, contingencies and negotiating You’ll see how to find properties that fit your investment goals, whether you want to flip, rent, or hold.
By the end of Day 2, you’ll know how to spot profitable investments and secure them before anyone else.

Day 3 (I) Identifying Funding and Discussing Leverage

Middle School: The Money Day that everyone wants to talk about. One of the biggest myths about real estate investing is that you need a lot of cash to get started. While having money helps, there are real, proven ways to invest strategically without needing a massive savings account. We’ll discuss smart ways to lower your upfront costs, including seller credits, house hacking, and partnerships. And, we’ll go over the latest DSCR loan options. By the end of Day 3, you’ll know exactly what financing options are available, how to prepare financially, and what’s realistic for your first deal.

Day 4: (C) Choose your Path

By day 4 you’re getting to the high school level of your real estate bootcamp education. It’s time for you to start to see what future path you like best for your investing life. Once you find a great property, what’s the best way to turn it into a profitable investment? We’ll go over the different strategies you can use, understanding the pros and cons of flipping, renting, and holding properties for long term, mid term, or short term (Airbnb) rentals. We’ll explore how to maximize cash flow so your properties generate consistent income. We’ll also create an action plan using “SMART” goals. By the end of Day 4, you’ll have a clear investment strategy that matches your goals.

Day 5 and 6: (K and S) Keep More of your Profits and Scale for Generational Wealth

Now it’s time to turn knowledge into action and graduate. We’ll talk about keeping more of what you make, utilizing tax strategies that can save you thousands upon thousands of dollars. We’ll discuss using corporations to own property and also how you can never sell but continue to pull money from the equity growth of your real estate portfolio. By the end of Day 5, you’ll have a roadmap for making your first or next real estate move with confidence.
